C1) 30/10/08: Vice President in Selibe Phikwe Saturday - additional Public Events on His Honour's Calendar for November

Members of the Press are hereby informed/reminded that Saturday afternoon (1/11/08) H.H. the Vice President will be the Guest of Honour at the Launch of Selibe Phikwe West Parliamentary and Council Candidates. The venue is Sesame South Ward, Selibe Phikwe.

Members of the Press are further informed of the following events on His Honour's schedule for the coming month:

Thursday 6th November @ 0800 hrs: His Honour the Vice President will receive the Deputy Prime Minister of Luxembourg, Mr. Jean Asselborn. Venue: Office of the President (Photo opportunity only).

Saturday 15th November @ 0900 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will be the Guest of Honour at Mabutsane Sub District Vision 2016 Commemoration Fair. Venue: Maokane Village

Monday 17th November @ 0900 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will be present at the Acceptance of Cheque from Sefalana Cash & Carry (LTD) on Behalf of Masiela Trust Fund. Venue: Main Kgotla, Goodhope Village.

Thursday 20th November @ 0900 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will Officiate at 1st Graduation Ceremony of the BDF Command and Staff College. Venue: SSKB Auditorium

Friday 21 November @ 0900 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will Participate at National Aids Council Meeting (As may be recalled His Honour is the Vice Chair of the National Aids Council)

Friday 21 November @ 1940 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will attend the 18th BDF Bands Annual Charity Concert. Venue: SSKB Auditorium

Saturday 22nd November @ 1400 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will be at the Launch of the Lobatse Parliamentary and Council Candidates. Venue: TBA but will be in a ward in Lobatse.

Thursday 27th @ 0900 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will address a Kgotla Meeting in Masunga

Friday 28th @ 0900 hrs: H.H. the Vice President will address a Kgotla meeting in Tati East (exact venue to be advised later).
