C2) 19/2/10: PROMOTIONS AND TRANSFERS OF SENIOR GOVERNMENT OFFICIALS
The Permanent Secretary to the President, Mr. Eric Molale, is pleased to announce that:
1. Mrs. Festina Shale Bakwena has been appointed as the Director of the Directorate of Public Service Management (DPSM); and
2. Mr. Mabua Lesego Mabua has been promoted to become the new Permanent Secretary of Ministry of Transport and Communications.
